Finished 8th in Field Goals, and 12th in punting. </TEXTFORMAT><TEXTFORMAT LEADING="2"></TEXTFORMAT><TEXTFORMAT LEADING="2">High School - Head Football Coach - Comments:</TEXTFORMAT><TEXTFORMAT LEADING="2">Matt Eltringham is the starting kicker for the 2008 Loveland HS varsity football team (#2 on his uniform). Matt is a versatile kicker who has taken on the kick-off, field-goal and extra-point duties. He also has the ability to punt but has not punted in a game this year due to a senior punter in front of him who has started for 2 years.</TEXTFORMAT><TEXTFORMAT LEADING="2"></TEXTFORMAT><TEXTFORMAT LEADING="2">Matt has a very strong leg on his kick-offs as well as the ability to place kicks strategically on kick-offs versus dangerous returners. His Ex.Pt./FG accuracy and distance are very good as well. Matt is a big, strong kicker (6'1" 210 lbs.) and will undoubtedly continue to develop his power and accuracy over the next year and a half of his high school career. Matt is only a junior in high school but has already attended a variety of national kicking camps and competitions and has the burning desire to kick in college.
